Rest And Relaxation

Even when we are getting adequate sleep, the opportunity to rest and relax is the vital part in our day to day life.

We live in a busy world with so many demands every day. For many, there is little time for R&R in their journey.



People often make their body to burnout and let to the path of anxiety or depression they forgot to rest and relax their muscles which are 24 hours active to work.

There should be:

Time Out: It allows healing, cleansing, and purification. getting a 15-20 min timeout in everyday work would be enough for a body to relax.

Seeking Stillness: It stimulates growth and cultivates sensitivity. This therapy helps you to think clearly and make the sound decision that is more in tune with your goals.



Time spent on your own: It opens your eyes to opportunities. It changes your focus so that you can go back to your daily routine with a fresh perspective.

Rest: It puts your back in touch with your body so you know when to push and when to yield.

Slow down: We are always busy with task around and push yourself a lot but sometimes we need to slow down to relax and meditate.

What are the signs to look out for Self Care?

In the state of 24 hours, our body constantly working to earn pleasures of life. Prolonged stress or overworking sometimes makes our body burnout and we never notice.

If we do notice we go on medication to relax our body but we forget there are different ways to relax our mind, body, spirit and heal yourself.
Through natural things, we can surround us or use creative ways to cope with.



Sometimes we never get to know do we need the self-care because all we think I am OK?

But there are few signs to remind you to go on the journey of self-care routine when you notice them.

Signs to look out for self-care: 


1) Muscular pain, aches or tension in the body. We soothe them with medication but there are different ways to care about those problems.

2) Low mood, suppressed appetite, poor concentration, no connection with life or surroundings. The feeling of mental breakdown. 
On daily basis, we never know what destiny brings you but there is a point when we are all alone, confused and stuck somewhere.

3) Anxiety, anger, and irritability are some signs which are dangerous to your mind and your surroundings.
There are some healing practices which could control down the level of anxiety which happens in our body. 

4) When we are ill and our body is just not in control to do anything like any diseases that catches to our body we just think negative.
Perhaps we should be positive and fight with our immune system to be strong and healthy just with some practices to do.



5) Extreme work pressure, tiredness, fatigue and no sleep around is another case where you should think what is happening to your body and what are you missing.

Self-care will help to heal your mind, body, spirit and make you happy again. 

It reduces the risk of negativity that enters your body perhaps gives you much pleasure to be positive and surround yourself with happiness and less stress.

5 ideas to care yourself for just 10 min a day

There is so much to do in our daily routine that it seems like we are always on the go!

 Although we are all very busy and have different responsibilities to do, it is so important that we take time for ourselves! 

Self-care is extremely important but is something often gets neglected because we are so busy and everything else seems more important.  

In to-do list taking care of yourself needs to be high on your priority list!






Here are some super easy self-care ideas that you can do in less than 10 minutes, so you can do away with the excuse that you don’t have time to look after yourself.

5 tips to care yourself : 

1) Play one song that makes you feel great, energetic and twirls in the melody.

2) Do a  5-10 min yoga practice. With yoga, you are feeding energy to your body and connecting with yourself.

3) Wear what makes you 'U' special like jewelry, clothing, makeup.



4) Pour something hot in your favorite mug or something cool into a beautiful glass and drink in your cozy corner.

5) Go outside feel the sun, walk barefoot in the grass. Sometimes nature heals your body a lot.

How to care yourself Everyday?

In just a few minutes a day, you can find small ways to take care of yourself that don't cut into your busy schedule.  

Every day we get up swiftly and get busy with work and life but at that moment sometimes we forget yourself to be nurtured and cared.  

Below are a few steps to take a few moments to take care for yourself :


1) Read books that make you happy


Refresh your mind by taking a break from your workflow and escaping to another world. Reading stories,biography, non-fictions etc stimulates the right side of your brain, sparking creative thought or just gain some knowledge or motivation. That stimulation can make your day go a little smoother by thinking differently, solving problems in abstract ways and, most importantly, rejuvenating your soul. 

2)Drink more water and green tea


We all know being dehydrated is detrimental to your health, but did you know it also contributes to feelings of stress/anxiety/depression? Drinking a 1 Liter bottle everyday flushed up all your negativity from your body and bring positiveness and strength to do something, it's kind of natural energy. Make it a habit. If you’re having trouble drinking enough water, invest in some tasty herbal teas and drink them without sweetener for a hydrating treat that also gets you to take a walk away from natural water and give a good taste.

3)Dress yourself beautiful


we all love top wear those beautiful clothes which we bought and forget to wear them or always think if we go out for a hangout with others will give a try to wear them but sometimes that chances don't come. In fact, try to wear those beautiful clothes and give them life so that they look good on you and beautiful. Also, don't forget to pamper your body with nice moisture, hot bath and good deodorant that you smell good and refreshed.

4) Listen to music or podcast


I find that one of the best practices to get fresh air and stimulate my brain is simply to take a walk and listen to a music or podcast. Do yourself a favor and listen to something non-business-related. For a little health or mindfulness, my favorites are SBS chill or buddha chill.







5) Exercise


A little exercise will go a long way to reducing stress.  Set your alarm for a little earlier than usual and hit the pavement. Save time by preparing the night before. Lay out your exercise clothes so that you can get going with minimal preparation time.

6)Go for walk and breathe oxygen


Get yourself at least 20-25 min a day for even just a brisk walk in the any time of day will energize and motivate you. getting fresh air from nature also reduces stress and clears your mind and soul also improve your thoughts. For me walk is important it give me good ideas to write when i am just blocked.

7) Eat healthy


Eating healthy especially fruits and vegetables are good for body ,soul and mind. It keep you full for a longer time and keeps you healthy and strong. Also, it nourished your body. Be creative with making food into delicious yummy food so that even you can be a food blogger or food stylist.

8) Keep your surroundings clean and tidy


Keeping yourself around in a clean and tidy house, room or place makes your mind more productive and clutter free also give you to think ahead and energetic.





9) Be creative


Take out your journal to be artistic with paints or write something lovely which bring your artist out on the paper or canvas. If you are having a different hobby bring that out and play with those material and create something new. It says art is a therapy which give you peace and joy. It takes you to another world of your kind.

10) Take lot of pictures


Bring our your camera, switch off your internet from the phone and bring the camera app and take beautiful pictures of nature and surrounding and see how beautiful the world is.

What is Self care

In this busy tech life we often forget about our self. 

We are busy making everyone happy and satisfied with the responsibilities on our head. We never think about I.

The I we always learnt about to make it as WE or YOU  to help and love others is lost in the busy lives of responsibilities or another world of social life...

Now what this a one letter word is I need in this busy life of ours.

The word is simple Self Care.

What is Self Care ?


Self care many of us know it's the care of our self but in what ways we should care about our self.

Here what we are for:


  • It comprises of those activities independently by an individual to promote and maintain personal well-being through out their life.

  • It is also a practice that mature person perform and initiate within the time frames, on their own behalf and in interest of maintaining  healthy life , mind and body.

Self care is what makes you feel good and happy. When u are doing something there is a smile and no anxiety , no stress is around you.


It is the place that yours and you are the Queen (Her) or King (his) of your soul to feed them. It's kind of date party with your soul.

 

 


It can be doing any activities like caring for yourself, giving bubble bath, pamper yourself, painting, writing, traveling, walk or run around a park, talking to old friends or parents , etc. 

The list is long because every human being is different

Sometimes Self care become boring but we can even enjoy that as well because we are nourishing it , pampering it and caring it like we do for others.

How to practice Self Care?
